Returns & Delivery Policy
Dispatch estimates will be in the product description. Any products in the same order as Pre Orders will be shipped together when ready, as you have paid one shipping charge. If you would like other items before the Pre Orders are ready, please order them separately.
Please allow 2-5 working days for your items to arrive (personalised items may take longer). Orders are dispatched 2-3 times a week, 1st class. If you require a speedy delivery, email us and we can provide an alternative solution.
Personalised Items: please allow 1-2weeks before your item is dispatched. Once dispatched please allow 2-5 working days. We ship all personalised prints 1st class. If you require a speedy delivery, email us and we can provide an alternative solution.
When to contact us if your order hasn't arrived
Please allow 8 working days for your print to arrive. If it hasn't been received after 8 working days please email us as soon as you can and we will update you on your delivery.
Please note our products are not dispatched with tracking, we cannot be held responsible for any lost items. We collect proof of postage, which can help locate lost post through Royal Mail.
If an order arrives damaged, or you believe it is faulty in any way, please contact as soon as possible with a clear photo of the issue so we can appropriately address it for you. If we are not contacted within 10 days of delivery, we will be unable to take responsibility for the damage, unless it is a print/production error.
Although we take care to package goods appropriately, accidents can happen during transit, and we will do our best to resolve any issues for you.
Returns & Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time from the moment of purchase, to up to 14 days after the date you receive your goodies. If your order has not yet been dispatched, your refund will be processed in-full, as soon as possible.
Depending on your bank and your payment method, refunds can take 3-7 working days to appear in your account. To cancel your order, please send an email to with your order number and a note about your request to cancel.
If you receive your item and find it is not to your taste, simply pop an email over to to let me know what you'd like to return, wrap it back up securely (ideally in the original packaging) and send it back to:

Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect/faulty. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the return, providing it is in a saleable condition. Depending on your bank and your payment method, refunds can take 3-7 working days to appear in your account.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
